A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

We request cancellation notice by email, acknowledged by us at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled stay. Deposit is refundable during the period up to four weeks before your reserved stay, although a $75 administration fee will be charged.

After 4 weeks deposit is non-refundable.

All kitchens are fully stocked
We only ask that you kindly bring your own
toiletries and bed linens.

Our three season cottages are available throughout Spring, Summer and Fall.

We accept payment by PayPal, service charge will apply.

Each Cottage has a maximum capacity of guests allowed. We ask that you please abide by the maximum number of people in occupancy to avoid disappointment. Please review the recommended maximum occupancy for each cottage before booking.

Smoking is not permitted in any buildings at The Terrace Inn.

Please help keep the property clean and use the outdoor ash trays provided. A minimum $225. cleaning surcharge will be applied if buildings are found to be smoked in or cigarette butts are discarded on cottage resort grounds.
